No. Our tool uses pdf-lib to directly copy pages from each source document into the output file. There is no re-rendering or re-compression involved, so images, text, and formatting are preserved at their original quality.

There is no hard limit imposed by our tool. The practical limit depends on your device's available RAM. Very large PDFs (hundreds of pages or large embedded images) may be slower on older devices, but there's nothing stopping you from trying.
Can I merge password-protected PDFs?↓
Password-protected PDFs cannot be processed directly. You'd need to first remove the password protection (using a tool like Adobe Acrobat or a trusted online service) before merging.
